Kenny & Company’s team brought advanced facilitation, analysis and MS Access and Excel based skills to this program in order to build program metrics and tools, as well as project management expertise to create a sustainable process that could be duplicated for future initiatives. We engaged stakeholders across the value chain to understand what information was actionable for them, developing metrics that were specific, measurable and controllable. Our team brought the attention to detail that was required to design day to day reporting that became crucial to the operations. Once the tools were complete and implemented, we created documentation designed for training within the department and for future programs.
