The first phase focused on recommending an architectural and program plan with the vendor based on our analysis against defined decision criteria. The second phase was to ensure the current work in progress landed successfully without further delays and additional costs. To address this, Kenny & Company implemented additional governance and rigor and a program steering committee by redefining roles and responsibilities and restructuring existing meetings.
